    Language Arts Databases
    The following databases provide information about literature, literary reviews and criticism, authors, poets and dramatists. Some offer book selection features or full-text versions of shorter literary works. Passwords for remote access are available by signing into the NPHS/MS website and selecting Research Pathfinders on the menu bar of the library web page.
     
    EBSCO's Language Arts Resources: Select Literary Reference Center for information on authors, novels, literary criticism and other information. Novelist is a Language Arts resource that can be used to select books for reading. Biography Collection Complete can be used to find information on various authors and other literary figures.
     
    Gale Language Arts Resources: Select from a variety of Language Arts Resources from Gale including Literature Resource Center, LitFinder, Custom Newspapers, Gale Virtual Reference Library, and Gale's Discovering Collection.
     
    OverDrive eBooks:  Use your district log in to download books for independent and school reading.  Sora reading app to download for iPad or iPhone.
     
    ProQuest Learning: Literature A comprehensive resource including 3,000+ author biographies; 40 searchable full-text literature journals; full-text literary works; and other key criticism and reference sources.
     
    Infobase eBooks:  History and Language Arts eBooks for middle school and high school research. 
     
     
     Safari Montage Video on Demand  Use district login and password to access video files.  Search by topic or browse under subject for relevant video clips.
