The Commissioner of Education is required to grade each public school and school district’s efforts to implement the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act. Schools are required to evaluate their implementation of the ABR by completing the Self-Assessment which includes eight core elements that address all of the ABR requirements for schools.
