Facilities Request Process

Thank you for your interest in requesting the use of one of the District facilities.  The process for requesting a facility is now completely online.

 

NEW REQUESTER

Step One:  If your organization has not previously used a District facility, you must first complete this form to get approval from the Superintendent of Schools.  

Step Two: Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email.  If approved, you may then proceed to the online facility request portal below.

Step Three:  If you are a new requester to our electronic system, please take the following steps:

1.) Create an account.  Please only create one account per organization.  Please be specific when naming the account.

2.) Please completely fill out the Vendor Information form.  You must upload proof of insurance for requests to be considered.
