New Providence Performing Arts Staff in ‘An Autumnal Serenade’
The New Providence Performing Arts staff, accompanied by guests from other departments recently presented the sixth biennial faculty recital, An Autumn Serenade, in the New Providence High School Auditorium. Proceeds from the evening’s concert went toward the Susan Iatesta Music Educator’s Scholarship, a Music Boosters award given to a graduating senior majoring in music education.
The Performing Arts teachers Don Baker, Pam Crockett, Craig Duke, Ed Fleischman, Catherine Flynn, Ken Hess, Susan Kirkland, Mike Niedziejko, Jose Rodriguez, Jen Starr-Talsmat, and Celeste Zazzali, were joined by high school teachers Jessica Beltz and Walter Kempner, elementary technology specialist Kelley Fahey, Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Supervision, Sandra Searing, and the first ever recipient of the Iatesta scholarship, Timothy Leonard. A whole variety of musical performances were on show to entertained the appreciative and enthusiastic crowd. Thanks to everyone involved.
