The best way for each of you to improve is to spend some time each day in the off-season working on parts of your game (shooting, ball handling, dribbling, post moves etc).  Below you will find links to a multitude of great individual drills for guards and bigs that I borrowed from The University of Washington.  The idea is not to do EVERYTHING in the packet but to pick 2 or 3 things and focus on improving those skills.  Check out both links to see if there is a drill you can do that is what you need to work on.  The last link below are sheets for you to print out and keep track of your progress.  If you do not understand the drill or want a coach to help you with your workout please contact one of the coaches at any time.
