• Welcome to 7th Grade Physical Education
     
     
    Throughout the school year the students will be participating in fitness activities that will help develop the components of physical fitness. Those components are: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and agility.

    Marking Period 1
     
    The first unit will be Frisbee.
    The students will learn a variety of frisbee skills through individual, small and large group activities. Some of the skills will be forehand throw, backhand throw, hammer throw, and flip throw. The students will be involved in different types of frisbee activitie such as frisbee golf and ultimate. Students will learn about the tactics of the game and how to be safe using the frisbee.
