Kindness Journal Challenge
Kindness is defined as the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Affection, gentleness, warmth, concern, and care are words that are associated with kindness. Being kind often requires courage and strength. During tough times it is imperative to show empathy to others and be kind. So what better time to start a kindness journal!
For the next 30 day, here will be posted new practical kindness exercises by Character Strong that take no longer than 10 minutes to do and it can be completed inside your home! Check out each day what the new exercise is and then fill out the journal page for that day. If you can print it out, great! If not, you can still participate by writing down the questions and your answers on a piece of paper.
